Fulfillment & Processing
- All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
- Standard order processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free Shipping: Valid on all orders containing 5 or more items.
- Standard Shipping: Applied to orders with 4 items or fewer (Calculated at checkout).
- Estimated Delivery: 7 to 14 business days depending on your destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Lunavraz is not responsible for international customs fees.
- All import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
- Fees depend on your local government's customs policies.
Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking link via email.
- Tracking activates within 24 hours of shipment.
- Contact our support if tracking stops updating for 5 days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lunavraz is not liable for items damaged or lost during transit.
- Save all packaging materials and products to file claims.
